1. Acceptance

By using npowerskills.ca or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who We Are

NPOWERSKILLS SERVICES CANADA ("we," "us") is a Canadian business consulting company that helps businesses integrate AI into their workflows and secure their data.

3. Using the Website

Use the site lawfully. Don't impersonate anyone, copy or exploit our content without permission, try to breach site security, upload malicious code, or use the site to send spam. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.

4. Our Services

The site describes our services, but actual work is done under a separate written agreement — if there's a conflict, that agreement wins. A free pre-consultation is non-binding and doesn't create a client relationship. Nothing on the site is professional advice, and we don't guarantee specific results from our services.

5. Intellectual Property

The site's content, branding, and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site for your own use, but you can't copy or reuse our content without written permission. Anything you provide to us stays yours; we only use it to serve you.

6. Consent to Contact (Important)

When you give us your phone number or email address — through the booking calendar, a contact form, a call, or an email — you consent to us contacting you by phone, text (SMS), and email for:

• promotions and special offers;
• information about our company and services;
• marketing and sales;
• follow-up on inquiries, quotes, and consultations;
• customer service; and
• educational and informational content.

We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and CRTC calling rules. Message and data rates may apply, and we never sell contact lists.

Want out? Unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or email info@npowerskills.ca. We'll action it promptly (calls within about 10 business days). Withdrawing marketing consent doesn't stop service messages for work you've already purchased.

7. Third-Party Tools

The site links to or embeds third-party services (like Google Calendar for booking). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them.

8. Privacy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes fall under the courts of Ontario, Canada.
